Out of curiosity, how do you pick the lyrics you use?

It really is whatever appeals to me at the time. Usually I just listen to music until one just comes out and stabs me or I recall a bit of lyric here and there that I think really clinches it and then I go through and listen to the entire song.

Ahhhh. I can't do that with music, oddly enough. I think it's the kind of stuff I listen to. Now, poetry, on the other hand... XD Good luck with the lyrics-picking!

And yeah, I mean I always love seeing what other people conceptualize as songs for characters and/or plots. Much fun to be had by all!

Well, I do know people don't really like reusing old suggestions, but it's possible to hold the same type of contest more than once if you give it different kinds of themes. Like having different prompts for a fic contest, for example. :)

Once it gets stuck in my head, it gets stuck, so I hear you. (If I can unstick the poem "Invictus" from Miles in my brain...)

Well I'm sure that we can think of themes. Perhaps Final Fantasy Places. You know, not characters but rather locations which would make it a little bit more difficult but what would be uberly fun.

Though the thing with FSTs are that generally new characters are picked and thus new songs. It could also be a pairing type FST.. there are tons of ideas.

And aha, I wish I could unstick things as well. -_-

Oh yes. As long as you can give the focus a bit of a spin... as you said, there are many ways you can go about FSTs.

Oh I am sorry, I meant like making a thread on my musebox or the thread that you have for your characters. I don't know, trying to get the where's rather then the wherefores.

Also I am comfortable with Pre-Pheonix Wright, I'm comfortable with Apollo Justice.. it really does not matter. I can play Miles in any capacity in all honesty.

Also, because I forgot to add: I'm comfortable with the whole span of the timeline as well, although pre-game is probably not very likely because Phoenix would've been in Ivy U sneezing away due to forgetting to close his window. I've never tried playing Hobo!Phoenix but I'm willing to give it a shot if you want anything during the seven-year gap between Trials & Tribulations and Apollo Justice; prior to disbarment is fine, too.
