alwaysbeenasmilerIt's only Tuesday and I feel like this week has been going on forever and it should be Friday by now.
*don't be alarmed with the title of my post* it is merely what I am going through ATM, as people from receiving gave me an RTS (return to sender) to process, and it's hazmat, and clearly labeled hazmat, but the paperwork has not a sign of any sort of hazmat regulation lingo, so now I'm chanting over and over 'someone's getting in trouble'-- because they are-- we can't just ship hazardous things without a by-you-leave. I hope the project managers catch hell for this, then maybe they will learn some responsibility for their actions (doubtful)
When I am at work, I have no time for fun whatsoever-- except for maybe sometimes getting to talk to my coworkers (the ones that are awesome, there are a few that I try to talk to as LITTLE as possible). I have my first break, I have my lunch-- and then after 3PM, it's hitting the ground running until I get off at around 8PM (twelve hours ftw) and as you can imagine that sucks all the life and creativity out of me.
But on fannish notes--
I started up playing FFXIV again, because I got a few work friends to play. That means I have to drag the old Red Mage out and dust her off, I also need to get started on some good old fashioned grinding-- have to get myself prepared for the next patch (I really haven't played since the last patch so I'm not missing much except the fact that I LOST MY HOUSE in game, but hey-- more incentive to start the crafting/gathering grind, or maybe resume it). I had a bit of fun though, I had definitely forgotten how to run a dungeon, you'd be surprised what you would forget after a few months hiatus.
I also finished A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J Maas, and now I am salivating for the next book-- it also was enough of a taste to feed my hunger, but not a large enough book that I was happy with the ending of it, and the next book will be about Nesta and Cassian! YAY!
There is this need to say more things but sadly cannot brain today. Hopefully y'all are having a good day!
