This actually made me go back and look at my summaries to my friend, and at one point I call the guys (minus Asbel) a bunch of yentas. THERE IS NO BETTER REACTION. I wish I could post the full thing, but I only started putting them in entries once I started the post-game mission/DLC/thingy.

I didn't realize it was coming out so late! /just checked the date

Then again, Shin Megami Tensei IV hits in July and EVERYTHING ELSE EVER releases in June, so that's probably a good time for them to get a lot of sales. The only other thing I can think of coming out around the same time is Pikmin 3.

Yeah, well hurrah for a new Tales game. Though I'm still just amazed at Captain Malik.. I love the lies he tells to all of the party members, it's something you don't expect from him but then he just does it and your like "awwwww"

You know what I realized, this game doesn't have a betrayer. Or if it does, I haven't encountered them yet. In other tales games it was very obvious, Zelos, Anise, Raven etc. So maybe I'm just not thinking of it hard enough or what, idk.

I played it long enough ago that I don't remember everything, but to me the normal betrayal aspect was subverted because of the way the characters are, so that might be why it's not so clear. Buuuut the game was super long and I've played a ton of other JRPGs since I beat it last year, so I honestly couldn't say at this point without fear of mixing storylines up or something crazy.

Hurrah indeed, though! A lot of people were worried this one wouldn't make it over, considering the sequel's already on the way in Japan.
