11/6/18 15:36So this weekend I did quite a bit of FFXIV-- I got my bard to level 36, I got my raid piece of gear from the Riodorana Lighthouse(sp), and I pretty much just spent most of my time on the game-- I even made a new friend while I was killing Velociraptors for Raptor meat (poor guy, he only had the first game and so he was stuck at level 50 everything).
But because of Fandom!Secrets, I found out the name of the Phantom of the Opera miniseries with Charles Dance, and I found it on Amazon. I haven't watched it yet, but I am pretty sure that I'm going to need chocolate and tissue for it. I remember watching it and loving it even though I was 10 and didn't really grasp the adult themes of Phantom of the Opera. The book is one of my all time favorites though and it is patterned heavily on the book, and I was always a book fan more then I was the musical-- even though I have seen the musical several times and can sing most of the score from heart.
So I can't wait to watch that-- I may save it as a treat for one of the slower nights.
