I have some cornbread for breakfast however I find it hideously hard to eat in the mornings right when I wake up. Does anyone else have this problem? I mean, I guess it is because it's the nerves before taking the first call of the day-- I mean I can eat like a champ but when it comes to mornings, it's coffee and rage for me, I guess. (this doesn't apply when I am home-- I find it very easy to chow down when I don't have to go into work)

I always feel a slight stomach ache when I eat early in the morning, or right after waking up. A glass of water keep me good until lunch time.

I have taken to drinking just water! Though I really hate junk food so I usually dont really eat until dinner. Like I know I should eat breakfast at home but during work I go and I see what they have and I dont want a bag of chips.

I should keep a snack alternative in my desk drawer or something.. idk
