---basics--- ★name★: Aidan Rhiannon. (Not my legal name, been "mine" for 20 years now, though.) ★theoretical age★: I'll claim 40, I guess. (Anywhere from about 12 to 300 or so. My brain is weird. Don't take it too seriously, though.) ★whereabouts★: Oregon. :3 Cascadia FTW! ★any pets? Start gushing about them!★ The household has two cats, but only one of them is mine. The cats decided who belongs to who, of course. I have a tiny ball of soft, fluffy, shorthaired neurosis who manages to shed like a cat ten times her size, named Kali for she is a small goddess of destruction. And because I can't resist a bad pun, as she is a calico, so she has a contrasting color to shed on anything. She tolerates my SO, and sometimes our toddler and other cat, but hates everything and everyone else. Visitors to our house know we have one cat, for the SO's huge black bruiser cat with the notched ear, Ged, loooooooooooooooves everyone and everything and just wants to make friends, but Kali has barely even been glimpsed by people who've stayed here for days. ---fandom-related stuffs--- ♥general interests♥: Dragons, furries, animals and fantasy in general, arts and crafts, writing, reading, writing, writing, and did I mention writing? ♥tv series♥: My Little Pony, a bit of Steven Universe, but mostly I don't watch TV. ♥books♥: Everything and anything fantasy and sci-fi, but especially 80s and 90s stuff. Mercedes Lackey, Terry Pratchett, and Ian M. Banks (not from that era, but still) get special mention. ♥games♥: Legend of Zelda (all games but especially Ocarina of Time), Final Fantasy (especially IV and VI), and Chrono Trigger. Old school JRPGs in general. ♥movies♥: Not a big movie watcher. Marvel, LoTR, fantasy and sci-fi in general. ♥how do you do fandom?♥ I WRITE! And sometimes read when I have time. I also draw, sew, and like to chat about fan stuff. I especially write slash and erotica, but I like plot and a basis in real life sex and kink, so a lot of fandom's porn leaves me pretty dry, tbh. ---important stuffs--- ♠ favorite food♠: I CANNOT pick one, but right now I am obsessive about Thai curry, so that. Writing slash and erotica - nice to see. I appended myself onto the list farther down. If you feel we might have some things in common, feel free to friend me. LOVE the "Age of Sin" post. It just begs to be made in silver. If I ever get a chance to set a bench up again, I'm definitely doing one of these.
In silver, it would be most effective to do a solid piece with raised sections polished bright, and the background tarnished for contrast. Otherwise, you've got several loose pieces that need to be attached by back pegs, which doesn't look all that great.
However, it could also be done by painting, as on a ceramic medallion; in layers of contrasting colors of polymer clay; or foiled onto dichroic glass. All of those add the advantage of multicolor rendering, an asset because the radioactive part could be done in metallic, acid-green, or glow-in-the-dark medium.
I love animals, both real and fantastic too. I love art in general and good writing in particular. I'm a straight cis female who has more GLBT friends than straight ones and you seem like a really interesting person, can I friend you?
