That being said, I enjoy horror films in general, from 80s slashers to mid-2000s gorefests to horror comedies, I love it all. Even bad horror films entertain me to no end. I also adore the MCU a lot, my favourite films being The Winter Soldier, Homecoming, Infinity War, Black Panther, and Civil War.
♥how do you do fandom?♥ I'm mostly a writer, but these days depression has killed my ability to write (it really sucks). So lately I just tend to fanboy alone, or with friends when I'm able to make them. I've also gotten back into reading fanfics as well, although I don't do it that often.

I am neutral on my job, and I'd rather be doing something else. ★any pets? Start gushing about them!★ Oh yes, several. Two Shetland Sheepdog brother called Teddie and Tom. Tom was born first and is very smart, even for a Sheltie. Teddie, on the other hand, is unusually laid-back- his brother will fix everything. I also have three cats. Two 13-real-old females. Missy who is a striped tabby and Sheera who is a long-haired tortoiseshell, with grey as the dominant colour. I suspect there is Ragdoll in her because she turns into a liquid as soon as you pick her up. Then there is Hobbes who is black and blue-eyed and does his best to live up to his Siamese ancestors. He’s VERY talkative and has a number of peculiar habits. He’s the baby but will turn 11 this summer.

I don't post about my life or anything personal (save for anything personal my writing might reveal about me, but that's a conversation for my therapist). I try to post at least once a week but I have a terrible memory for that sort of thing. I do check my reading page multiple times daily. I try to respond if I have something to say, especially if the post is asking for discussion or a "hey look what I drew" showcase. I'm 18+ and sometimes post NSFW, if that matters. I add countless things to my Netflix and Hulu queues and never get around to them; I can only focus on one special interest at a time, and I know if I branch out into Y show/media while I'm writing fic for show X, there's a good chance I'll start obsessing over Y and drop X. ♣write a little about yourself♣: I work a pretty boring job at an investment firm by day but I spend my nights playing D&D, being GM to my own group or watching a bunch of nerdy ass voice actors play their game on Twitch. :) I've been married to my husband for almost 14 years, we have an adopted daughter who is now 23 and has two kids of her own, two boys who are 3 & 5 and we get to watch them often.

♥general interests♥: Most things I like fall under the umbrella of "making stuff" whether it's code or sculpture or writing.
♥tv series♥: Right now my most regular watched show is the Simpsons... uh, let's see... other animation would be SU, the Avatarverse... (love them!). Live action - I love Britcoms. Red Dwarf is one of my favourite things ever. Knightmare and the Crystal Maze are treasures too.
♥books♥: That person who cuddles their Discworld books at night. And Good Omens. Can't forget Good Omens.
♥games♥: Pokemon, the Sims, Niche (currently ficcing for it much to my surprise), and more than anything else, PETZ. Not the 3d Nintendogsesque remakes, the pixelly 90s ones you could mod.
♥movies♥: Nothing springs out right now, but I generally like animation.
♥how do you do fandom?♥ My relationship with fandom is something I ponder a lot and I get irked by the idea that fandom is the default mode of creative expression. I don't feel like your average transformitive fan and most of the things that I would call "my fandoms" are biology related sandboxes, not the megafandoms I see around like MCU or whatever's big now. I'm usually content to enjoy canon without nitpicking it, and although I like to read fanfiction for more adventures with my faves, I've never been able to write it until recently, and that was for a very open canon with virtually nothing in the way of canon characters. I just can't get into the head of someone who I didn't make! People who can are wizards. I like to worldbuild and figure out how things work. I do a lot of wikiing for a Lets Player I'm a fan of too so I guess you could put me in the curative/appreciative class. Anyway normally I'm messing about with my 'verses of which I have many. Also before anyone asks, yes, I'm a furry. No, it's not a sex thing.

♣write a little about yourself♣: Whoo has this gotten difficult over the years. I always feel like I have to start with a warning label, I have such intense scrupolosity and possible CPTSD issues from the social justive side of creative spaces that I'm terrified of just about everyone, so... what am I doing here again? I know. I talk about this stuff under lock a LOT and some of it may not be perfectly SJ friendly, just to warn you. Although I do share the same basic goals and I feel life should be fair and not miserable... I'm just unable to cope with all the yelling. I probably won't want to add you if you like to post a lot about politics or other SJ themes, to be warned. I just don't have the energy. (Also if you're the kind of fan who likes to evicerate canon creators... please no, that gives me mega anxiety. I've had people yell at me face to face for not holding the Correct Opinions, forgive me...)
The good stuff? Well without saying too much I'm just a lonely guy at turning point in my life, trying to find my people... is that too weird and cliche? Well, it's true. I like to talk a lot about my creations although I do feel guilt for it, but they are my lifeline and keep me going and I don't know where I'd be without them. I like dreams, and yes, I'm that weirdo who writes them down. In some ways I never grew out of looking for a magic portal to another world, preferably with unicorns. My favourite colour is purple. I'm obsessed with fantasy maps and every November I worship at the altar of NaNoWriMo.
I have a website too! Everyone should have a website! It's a little corner of the internet that's all yours. I miss the old internet for the diversity of sites... not really into social media. Mine has writing, Petz, cat pictures, random junk... whatever I fancy putting up there.
Also whilst I don't want to dwell on ID labels too much, I am asexual, so don't expect to see any smut or kinky stuff here (or for me to have any interest in other people's).

★any pets? Start gushing about them!★ I have four pets-- two cats and two dogs. All of them are at least middle-aged, so we're kind of running an assisted living. My cats are Onix and Jimmy. They are both witchy black cats, and the sweetest souls I know. My dogs are Marcy and Mr. Bentley, who are barking if they aren't sleeping. I also have my beloved houseplant, Lulu, whom I will be repotting today! I'm so excited.

'Pet' does not describe my boy. He is my son. 6 year old lhasa apso, tri coloured pure bred fool. On the one hand he can sense when I am hypo (t1 diabetic) and do tricks and then on the other a mirror befuddles him. Since I still live at home we also share the house with mother's two part lhasas. Part Maltese at 5yo, Senna, and half Terrier Douglas at 4. Nico is a mainstay in my journal. I take him to my granddad who has dementia and it helps him go back to part of who he used to be. But Nico too. Last year I was horrified when one day Nico was on my bed as he does when I'm not at work and my mum came home and I said, as always 'Gran's home' and he jumped down and tried to go down to get to her and his legs just didn't work. The vet was worried and got another more experienced one in. We were sent to the emergency pet hospital that I didn't know. I thought I was going to lose him. I was asked if he did go on the table did I want his body. It was horrendous. But he made it. They didn't need to operate on him but he left doped up to his furry eyeballs and did therapy every day. He still does. He used to bite over it but now just grumbles and gets on with it. There are a lot of things he cannot do now but I just bought him various aids and we get on with it. A huge monetary fear of mine is paying that bill and that appears on my journal now and then but what matters is my boy is with me. I am lucky my parents put it on a 0 interest credit card at the time so I only pay them rather than the banks but. Bless his soul. Nico is my son and I am childfree and we're a team so that is a thing on my journal sorry absolutely not sorry.
