ALSO, forgot to mention. Someone posted a secret up at Fandom Secrets about how they hated Pride and Prejudice. I chimed in that I preferred "Northanger Abbey" better, and some SMARTASS was like "..you do know that Northanger Abbey was a parody right?"

I don't care if Northanger Abbey was a parody or not and I don't see how my preference for Northanger Abbey is relevant to the fact that Northanger Abbey is a parody. There are MANY works of literature that are parodies and people STILL like them.

It's impossible to like parodies for their own sake! It means you didn't get it. If you got it, you'd... you wouldn't care about it.

Yeah, I didn't say. "I prefer Northanger Abbey because I consider it a finer work then Pride and Prejudice because of it's literary value and expose into society at that point in time". If I did, the "..you know Northanger Abbey is a parody right" would of fit right in and been a valid comment.
