So I managed to clear out some of the RP posts that have been collecting in my inbox, I still have two; one from a Fai/Kurogane thread, the other from a Richard/Asbel thread. I'm going to try to get them cleared out (also there is the promise of a Leia/Alvin type RP which I'm excited about, just need to post that over in musehalla.

I decidedd to skip out on today's icon prompt because I can't find any sort of icon that I would want to do a 'split screen' of. But seriously; in a week I did four icons, that's not bad at all. Certainly better than I thought I'd do. So hey, I can afford to take a break on it.

Playing through more Tales of Xillia 2 and things have taken a turn for the wierd, especially where Milla is concerned (I don't understand.. please let things become more clear). Well at the very least, I have been keeping up with the debt repayment even though Nova at times makes me want to throw her out the window. I still don't know what to think of her.

Currently reading the Herald Collegium series by Mercedes Lackey, I seriously cried at the end of the second book. I was in the tub and I just started bawling like a baby. It could mean one of two things; either I'm approaching that time of the month or the ending of that book really did strike a chord with me.

So how is everyone doing? It's been a but quiet lately on the friend's page. There's just a bunch of memes from bakerstreet and some fandom secret posts, that's it.

Nova will settle down a bit as the story progresses. She's enthusiastic, but not totally daft.

It's been pretty quiet on our friend's page too. :) (Might do a post later this week about my new job and everything but, it isn't too exciting and I haven't really done a ton in terms of fandom things so...won't be anything too thrilling if I do type one out, haha. XD)

Oh, Mercedes Lackey~! I've been meaning to start reading some of her books: in fact, I had picked up all three books in the Last Herald Mage Trilogy at a book sale awhile ago and just...haven't had the time to read them yet, lolz. 0_0; But I've heard some pretty good things about her stories! :D That's pretty neat though that one of her stories' endings struck such a chord with you--I love it when books are able to do that, even if they completely emotionally wreck me at the time (orz, looking at you, Brave Story!).

I think you'd like it. It's a good strong story but definitely very.. bittersweet.. the end. Bad things happen to characters in a Mercedes Lackey book but they mostly survive through it.. mostly.

I have been quiet lately on my journal, mostly because my Friend's List stopped being so frequent, but that's common in the summer I think. It should pick up soon!

I am goign to have to check out this book series!
