I went ahead and did a culling of my tags and I took out the super problematic tags-- like the ones about not being able to guess someone's gender. Yes, in anime standards, it's valid. But to be fair, I am not going to be the one to perpetuate the stupid 4chan TRAP toxicity-- so cleaning up the tags. No worries though! I did keep MOST of them because there were some very hilarious.

But just removing the ones that mentioned 'raep' or 'traps' (unless it's a trap as in an actual trap-- i.e mouse).

Jokes are jokes, but something that was funny to be 15 years ago, really isn't anymore.

Going to try to do 3 icons today before I head in to watch Lotor and melt into a puddle of goo.

Yes, I love you Keith-- but you are not LOTOR.

If I had a Keith muse (my brain has been RP inhospitable for the past 6 years), this would be the point at which he'd stalk off and say that he doesn't care about my opinion, and he'd probably be lying-- a leeetle bit.

Ah, the fun of clearing out the closet of tags and posts and things. It's always... an adventure.

I'm still staring at my fandom tumblr, and wondering if I really want to be bothered clearing out the stuff I know I should (art posted to tumblr without the artist's permission) or if I just want to institute the policy coming forward. It's seven years of posts to comb through.

I've started a decent day with a good breakfast at ... 1 in the afternoon.

Yeah.. there were a few tags that I was like and getting rid of it felt so hood.

Sometimes removing tags and the like can be very cleansing!

I often do this kind of purge myself. Remove tags, private posts, and make them harder to find. Some things are better left in the past. Especially when it comes to maturing and discovering that some parts of you are best left there.
