Well thanks to

sleepfairy, I am now addicted to HOMESTUCK

I am now to Act 5 and I've just started meeting some of the trolls, and OH MY GOSH-- I can imagine that there will probably be quite a bit of icons in the future for this series, so y'all will have to wait for it. But seriously, there hasn't been a character I've' hated. (well okay, I wasn't fond of the Jack Noir arc, that part sort of bored me even though I read it all).

But can we just talk about GrimAuxilaitrix right now? I mean seriously-- I think that her and the blind one that uses exclusively L33T speek are like my favorite but I also like Karkat and his love of STUPID ROMCOMS. Seriously, that was like the greatest and I just can't help laughing at all this, in the best possible way. So thank you so thank you thank you for getting me into this series-- it was all because

sleepfairy wanted a Feferi icon, and I was like "The art looks really good" and then she was like "YOU SHOULD CHECK IT OUT!"

Consider it checked out, like a book that's never going back to the library.

Happy Christmas Eve everyone, I have some stuff to do today-- cookies to bake and all that jazz so in like a half an hour I'm gonna have to go out and start taking care of BUSINESS!

Wait, I'm in the rabbit hole too. XD I'm glad you like it! The fandom was a trip (in the best kinda way!) and was extremely large, so whatever you ship will proba ly have plenty of stuff devoted to it. :3

The current ship I am feeling is Rose/GrimAuxialiatrix, but I am sure there will be other ships on which I can sail-- but thank you for the kind welcome, I am definitely going to enjoy reading it all in time, eventually-- it's so massive.

I remember seeing the warning "It's over 8000" and I was like "Am I sure I want to do this large undertaking?"

WELCOME TO HOMESTUCK. I've never blogged that much about it, but I read the whole thing and I kind of loved it. Karkat's my favourite in all his ineffectual rage and secret love for his friends, but there are so many great characters.

Oh I will be waiting to see what icons you make with baited (lol, fish pun) breath! It's always so exciting when someone new discovers Homestuck! :D

You have EXCELLENT taste in trolls, GA is one of my favorites too! She's such a fun, verbose character and I love her dry humour.

I remember moving back to America in 2011 and going to my first con in years in 2012, at the height of the Homestuck craze. Like 10% of that year's ACEN seemed to be dressed as trolls and I had no idea what was going on.

HAMSTEAK! I remember, well actually the 1st time i read it, I don't think I even made it past act 1 before I got bored and quit haha. but the 2nd time, my friend was like "KEEP READING AT LEAST UNTIL YOU GET TO THE TROLLS!" and at first I thought the carapace people were the trolls... but then I learned the error of my ways haha. I think i actually started loving it before it went full troll tho, act 3 maybe?

not sure if you have gotten to my original favorite troll yet! later I shifted a lot to karkat tho, mainly because he was 1/2 of what became my fave ship in the latter parts of the comic haha. I WON'T SPOIL IT FOR I THO!!

and rose/GA is a good ship too!! also merry Xmas!
