A Day that didn't suck.

How many times does that even happen?

Well I was too busy training today-- I have to cover Courtney's shift which is pretty much flow stuff, that is none LTL (Large Truck Load) and I had a good trainer in Courtney. I was suggested to be trained by Michelle, I don't know what inspired her to do it but she's also covering LTL while I am in that department so today I was just learning the ins and outs of that department. There is the basics, but a lot of that stuff is things that I will have to do additionally-- or things that I know the basics of.

So I am training this next week then I am covering Flow next week.

How exciting. It was actually pretty fun and I feel so much better about myself. It's nice to be given all of the tools that you need in order to succeed; whereas with Michelle she gave me the bare mininum training over something and then threw me to the wolves, entirely different situation.

I am actually afraid to write a big post-- because I think that it will mess up or not post.

Well little does DW know, I am gonna copy and paste. Mwhahahahahaha

I have long since kept a copy and paste word document for posts here...always a good precaution for those days when DW feels finicky about posting a lengthy entry! :D

I am so glad that you had a day that didn't suck! ♥ And positive training experiences are always amazing! Feeling unprepared when you are just starting off in a new position or role is always horribly stressful. Glad you had fun with the whole thing, and I wish you the best with covering Flow next week! ♥
