I have seen a few people post a masterlist about their pairings but I am going to leave the floor open and give me a series and I will tell you the pairings I like and why I like them.

Consider it a pairing freetalk.

I think that there was an internet site a few years back -- more like six or seven I guess -- which was dedicated to his pot holder.
