I was going to post something long--
Then I realized that my journal post is pretty much on my computer at work-- so I will have to get it at a later date.
Other note: Myself and my husband bought each other weighted blankets for CHRISTMAS.
MY GOD!
They are like being cuddled against the bed, I swear I slept so peacefully-- and while I would have to sleep with that blanket for a week to see how it does with my anxiety, I think that the first night was a great start!
