Yes, I have just gotten a Dreamwidth account and so I am sort of all excited now to see what sort of fannish things are going to go on around here. Maybe this can fire me up some more in terms of thoughts, ideas and series to watch. I love interacting with people so I can only view this as positive!

Yeah well I like tumblr.. I just consider it more media sharing then anything and I don't want to throw myself into everything.. just as much as I can handle at this moment.

It's the best way to go, for sure. I ended up lurking a long time there to get used to it and now I follow around 200 blogs or so since it's what I can deal with. It helps that all of them post very reasonable amounts. I also never actually had to check DW or LJ very often (once every three months, maybe?) since no one was ever here/there, so I'll have to remember to juggle sites again!

I have seen some awesome mini-essays on there, though, but those are LOTR blogs and kind of born for it, haha.

*And since I'm sleep deprived I only just realized the first sentence is really vague. DOING WHAT YOU CAN HANDLE IS THE BEST WAY TO GO. Yeesh, self.
