Basically for me, it's along the lines of:

Me: Someone needs help? Sure!
Companion: Help?! But...but...but...are you sure you want to do that?
Me: Yes, Qyzen...
C: *eye roll* You take on too many quests..
M: There can *NEVER* be enough quests!!!

*pause*

Oh, glob, I *HAVE* taken on too many quests!!! @_@
