Things that don't go your way always seem like the worst things ever,like the world ended or 'oh god,how am I going to face what's next?' We don't often realise that it may just be the right thing to happen because the results come much later.Either we end up growing as people or thankfully the toxic people are no more in our lives.So glad to hear that you got out unscathed all those years ago.
